I'll try to answer every question that you send me, usually by the next day.
Remember, though, there is nobody here but me. This is a one-person
operation and I sometimes need an extra couple of days to answer a
question. If you haven't heard in a week, though, assume that either
the e-mail didn't go through or that there was something wrong with the
reply address you gave me. Write me again. If you don't hear from me,
it's a computer's fault.
And spam is an ever-growing problem. So please, pelase, please make your subject line say something about lactose or dairy or a related item. Do not leave it blank. E-mails with blank subject lines will be treated as spam by my system. Do not just say "Help". Half the spam I
get has a subject line of "Help". The more specific you are, the easier it is for me to
notice it and get to it as soon as possible.
But if you don't want to wait even an extra day, you'll probably
find that your question has already been answered somewhere either here in
the Clearinghouse or in my new Planet Lactose blog!
